My son has loved this jeep. But unfortunately the remote quit working. And it seems to be impossible to find help or resources on getting a new remote that actually will pair to the jeep. I ordered 3 different remotes thinking that they were just faulty, I ordered from Amazon beings that customer service couldn’t understand that I just simply needed a replacement remote to the jeep. I ordered the same remote that came with the jeep originally after spending money I decided to just give up. .I figured they would be able to quickly identify the issue and send me a replacement. But I guess not. So now the jeep will have to sit up for a few years until my child is old enough to operate it himself. So that part is very disappointing. I understand that just because the remote matches the original does not mean that it’s the right match that is what fun tok customers service told me! I get that. Simply could have just told me what remote I could order that WOULD work.
